this could very well be true and I think we will grab another WR or 2 before it's all over and done.

I respect that but I really don't have a lot of confidence with consumers who have Cluster B disorders. In Marshall's case my concern as a Steelers fan would be the potential for splitting but hey, maybe he's found the magic potion. BTW, don't you find it a little unusual for an AA male to have BPD? My experience has been that white females have all but cornered the market on that diagnosis.

It's very unusual. When I see that, I begin to look into horrific childhood abuse. I don't know Marshall's story. There is also the possibility he was misdiagnosed. One of my favorite parts of my job is un-diagnosing people. You are bi-polar? Nope, just a drug addict. You are borderline? Nope, just an @#$hole. We live in a society that wants to give a name/medication for all forms of poor behavior and life choices. I think it cheapens the experience of those who actually have mental health and addiction issues.

I also understand not having confidence in borderlines. They are almost as tough to treat as narcissists. What I have seen is consistent, long term, consequence filled treatment coupled with CBT is effective in this group. But, make no mistake most borderlines do not have enough resources, nor the family boundary system to get proper long term treatment.
            Trolls are people too.

That is an impressively insightful post. Thank you. A nice change from the glass half empty hysteria
