Harrison hits you legally hard. He's not dirty.

Hits with the Helmet I see as dirty not the forearm in anyway. But we played pretty aggressive back yard football.

He plays low to the ground, guys dip their head and helmets touch sometimes but her intentionally tried to rathole a guy.
Sorry Dizz, JH is my favorite Steeler but somehow he "suddenly" stopped colliding with peoples heads. Did people stop ducking?
Either he changed his play or the HGH rumors are true and it actually makes a guy in his late 40s grow taller.

Of course with the rule change what is "dirty" has changed. If you define dirty by whats legal, it was not dirty at one time.

If we define dirty as being happy to legally knock someone out of the game, we have a long legacy of that, most definitely including JH.

That being said he is not a dirty player by any definition now.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

        TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

Agreed on all points. It's a bit hard to watch what seemed fine just a few years ago. But it was legal then, and JH was no different than anyone else.

We've got an NFL Mel Blount Rule, A Hines Ward Rule ... is there a JH Rule ("He hit me too hard!!" LOL!)

I remember this, and thinking at the time - all he was doing was keeping the guy on the ground, which I would think is allowed. I didn't see it as a punch as much as a violent push to keep him down.

My thoughts exactly. I remember not being happy with the flag that play drew. Should he allow him to start running after the ball carrier? Whatever....

I agree. Just because JH is on our team doesn't change the fact he played past the edge. To his credit he changed his game where an a$$ like Burfict hasn't
