Well they did win 3 of 4 games without him this past season, with no-name QBs.

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

Fielding a defense that allowed the fewest points in the NFL last season helped them out a bit as well.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

that might explain the offense but has no bearing on their #1 scoring defense. Their scheme is not to have a scheme.

The best scheme there is... you can't prepare for a team who schemes to exploit other teams biggest weaknesses each week.

30 runs one week. 30 straight passes the next. 3-4 one week, 4-3 the next 2 weeks.

One thing is consistent tho, the mismatch of the small fast WR/RB on a LB is damn near impossible to defend unless you get a good kick on them. Hell, we got flagged for hitting a WR too hard on 3rd down in the AFCCG.

What is funny is that the Steelers think they are going to be better with the same people. LOL

We need them healthy at the end of the season and into the playoffs....problem being someone will be hurt at that time that's a starter.

agreed that they would be better with those guys healthy... what are the chances of our impact players being healthy down the stretch run this year (or any year)?

What's funnier is you think we aren't going to add more people because we didn't throw stupid money at FA's in the first day.

To think they had gronk out as well...that game would of been real bad...I think we should see a better defense this year but would like to see a pass rusher step up

We needed to go after a top CB who can play man to man and we didn't do that......fail.....we have only average CB's..
don't care what it would have cost...sometimes you have to go all in.......
to me this was our biggest weakness ....we could have paid Ryan the 10 million a year for 3 years....

I was disappointed they didn't snatch Ryan up. If they lose Cockrell and don't pick up a quality FA... Big Ben's last year or two will be wasted.

Meanwhile the Cheats keep getting better. Cheats will win 12-14 games and have homegirls adv. again. So the Steelers are gonna go up there will the same coaches and the same secondary? Wtf man.
