I don't think Bryant - who seems to have stayed out of trouble since his suspension - is in the same category as a guy who could not stay away from trouble. If MB is clean he is back next season.
Has he been tested? I thought he doesn't get tested until the NFL officially reinstates him and he officially rejoins the team and therefore is covered under the CBA.

The league hasn't tested him but I would hope that the team has been in constant touch with him and hopefully he is testing regularly to prove himself.
