I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by Brady doing his thing. Until the Steelers get a better pass rush they will face issues stopping the pass. The defense has been bend but don't break for most of the season. I thought the defense was a year or two away from becoming a top notch defense. They still need pass rushers going foward.

you gotta wonder - what is it about the pats, who can turn a lacrosse player into a HOF WR - and our receivers who have been doing it their whole life can't pull in TD passes?

That really is it. Hogan and Edelman = AB and anyone we trot out there, every time we play them. You can't tell me Edelman or Welker or Hogan is equal to AB (or maybe you can, he11 I can't argue it at this point)... But again, I ask the question: Why do they think things will be any different, trotting out the same scheme against Brady* (19 TDs, 0 INT).

Tomlin talking tough, he's going to make the PC conciliatory statement post-game (and BTW, I'm not a hater on Tomlin; I'm just frustrated as to why)... and next year, we'll play the Patriots* again probably. And next year, Butler will play a scheme that lets their little sh1t WRs run free, and let Gronk get going up the seam, and well give them another easy victory.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

Exactly. It just goes to show that anyone can be a good WR in this league, and I don't mean it to be a slight against those guys (I mean I do because I hate them). But really, look at these guys on our team. Ayers, Eli Rogers, Cobi Hamilton all would probably be 1,000 yard WRs in the Patriot* scheme.

Yes, but Haley needs to make sure David Johnson gets his reps on offense.
His love affair with the constant sub packages drives me fn crazy.
Keep doing the same thing until a team stops it.
                      Rodgers couldve had 25 catches

as has been the theme all game - outcoached and out schemed on every level. with our team and staff - we will win a lot of games. we will make the playoffs often - but it is NO coincidence that our three superbowl appearances have occurred around NE, instead of through NE.

I think the Steelers are too arrogant to change - but if you are committed to winning championships, you have to take risks. they can play it safe and have a shot every year - but I just don't think our staff, schemes etc are good enough to get through NE. And if the steelers think the pats run will end when brady retires in ten years - I disagree.

It can't be arrogance... I have to call it stupidity.
They (the coaches) are seeing the same thing as we are. Year after year, I'm surprised my TV has survived me watching this same bull$h1t with the Patriots*. I actually don't have the same TV I had in '04, but this might as well be that day (when we were 15-1 and they handed us our a$s). Nothing has changed in that 12 years.

Basically.. we are going to play one way and just hope we don't get the Pats in the playoffs.

Pats are arrogant as hell. They are proving that scheme beats athleticism. We refuse to bump and run, refuse to rush 5 and play man...

seriously, Golden always gets burned vs the Oats so why is he even on the field? Wtf was he looking at while Hogan was right next to him?

I hate that team but you have to give them credit. Their players always look like they want it more when they play us. They are in our heads... we are afraid of them.
