yeah, had nothing to do with the pathetic game plan that had 9 passing attempts in the 1st half with the ravens best CB out -

Couple of things on the interceptions.
1. Play call: Again trying to trick the defense with a power set and then sending two guys into the route. We don't need to try and trick as much as we do. Haley needs to recognize this.
2. Execution: Two guys in the route, and we didn't fool anyone. Doesn't matter how long you hold the ball, no one is getting open. Chuck it away, don't force it. Ben needs to recognize.Comment

With the Ravens defense as good as it is, you don't win these games without taking some chances. Mosely made a great play on the ball but on that int it looked like Roethlisberger stared down the receiver.
The no huddle at the end of the game made a big difference and I'm not sure why Haley/Tomlin didn't go into this mode earlier.Comment

I was begging for the Steelers to let the Ravens score and hand the ball to Ben, even though in this game his decision making was questionable at times and his accuracy was ok, the offense was their best chance to win the game. It was obvious that the Ravens were scoring a TD on their last drive (not counting the 9 second one). I can't tell you how happy I was that Mitchell missed one final tackle in the game. If Juscyzk goes down prior to scoring the game would have been over.

Given the last two fourth quarters vs the Rats it makes one wonder why they don't open it up more and go no huddle more. Unless, on the road especially, they are afraid of Bad Ben showing up.Comment
