The naysayers might say, against this team, there is still something ailing the offense of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Not the best weather conditions, but 167 yds against a pathetic defense is not all that comforting.
Maybe, but the 146 rushing yards probably had a lot to do with it as well. In addition to Le'Veon, Ben was able to keep the chains moving...4 drives of at least 11 plays...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.
O sucked in the red zone and 3 and out twice later in the 4th quarter when trying to put the Browns away. Take the critical win but it was not an inspired offense today.

maybe... but the average NFL team is running for 140 yds a game against the Browns this season... so Bell was a tad above average.

One was where there was a holding penalty that pinned us deep in our end.
But in a game where Ben checked down all game, didn't make any costly mistakes and took what the defense gave him.
I'm sure his critics will find something to complain about (not saying you)
I'm a Big Ben fan but field goals instead of TDs can easily lead to a loss against a quaiity team. Thank goodness Cle could not stop committing penalties to give us additional shots at the end zone b/f half. Move the ball at will and than just can't punch it in. Frustrating. But I agree, he made good choices, didn't force it and no turnovers is always huge.

Wow. reading this I could have sworn it was a rookie QB you are describing. .... game manager.

$$$$
Had the D not showed up the way they did, the Steelers would've likely lost this game. Offense continues their pattern of underachieving on the road vs. less than stellar teams.
