For perspective sake, the last three years the Steelers have played 13 regular season games in the months of December and January. They've won 11 of those contests while averaging 29.9 pts/gm vs. 19.3 pts/gm against. I feel like the numbers speak for themselves.
we will still win the division

I want to agree with you here, but remember, those last two games were against two of the worst teams in the league. However, I still believe there's hope for this team. A. they play the easiest schedule the last five weeks of the season, B. The Ravens (the only team competing for our division) plays one of the toughest schedules and could conceivably lose out the rest of the way, and C. Tomlin teams (as of the last three or so years) always seem to peak at the end of the season. Think of how awful the defense was most of 2013, 2014, and 2015 and how good they looked by the end of the season. There's cause for hope.
I think we unleashedd hell with our young guys. Hargrave has been awesome.Steelers 27

The improvement of the young guys will make us better on D by the end of the year. As painful as this team can sometimes be to watch (especially against the crappy teams), they do usually play good down the stretch and they have the talent to beat anyone, anytime. A lot of other teams just can't say that.Comment
