Ben's had multiple coordinators, multiple talented skill position players, different Olines, and he's been the one constant. This collective group of offensive players that he has to work with is arguably as good as he's ever had. Even after all these years people continue point the finger at OC's or other issues. Consistency on offense generally starts and ends with Ben and the QB position. When Ben plays well the offense looks as good as any in the league. When he plays poorly the offense resembles the worst offenses in the league. This is how it's always been and how it's always going to be with Ben. As people like to say we gotta take the good with the bad with Ben.

I'm not in this camp. MB is good but if an offense needs to have 2 gamebreaking WRs then something else is wrong. Brady has done it every season regardless of the crap WRs he's had playing.
I really think Haley's gameplanning has been lazy and lackadaisical. And Roethlisberger's approach to the game sometimes sloppy. Maybe it's a case of too many moving parts, but this is the NFL and almost every team is dealing with injuries. The offense has lost it's identity. Tell me, is it a running team to set up the pass, or a passing team to set up the run? I really can't tell.

The problem this game had two parts. First, the O line couldn't block (remember all those runs that went nowhere?).

Then Plan B didn't work, Ben couldn't hit the side of a barn door from 5 yards away.

I'm not saying a thing about Haley here, positive or negative. Just saying that even the best OC in the history of the NFL would still need players to do their jobs to win a game.

(PS - are there good OCs, or just guys that are lucky enough to be an OC at a time the roster is full of superstars?)

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

Thats because Brady is better than Ben. It is what it is... and their philosophy on offense is better than ours as well. This doesn't mean the Pats won't lose or won't struggle for a game or 3 but Brady takes what the D gives him 99% of the time and his mechanics are untouchable.
