Damn, you guys are making mourn the good old days. Lambert is up there along with Lloyd for favorite.

It is so funny to me, how few "Steeler fans" here in CA don't even know the name. I have an "I wasn't hired for my disposition" t-shirt, and I've never been approached by a fellow Steeler fan about it. That shirt can't be that obscure about Lloyd, can it?I still say Greg Lloyd is mine, though Harrison is close to the top. Lloyd made more "clutch", game saving/preserving sacks that any Steeler I can recall -- ever.
If it was 3rd and 10 and the team needed the ball back, Greg Lloyd seemed to be about a 50-50 bet to get a sack on THAT play. He had that alpha-dog gene.I wasn't hired for my disposition.Comment

plus 1 for Harrison. I just hate that's he's got to go out on a bad team. He deserves another ring.Comment

I was at that game too. 41-0 rout if I remember correctly. Even the Browns fans cheered when Harrison downed that idiot.Comment

I certainly remember that shirt.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

Yeah, but did he win a Super Bowl with a 100 yard int return?I still say Greg Lloyd is mine, though Harrison is close to the top. Lloyd made more "clutch", game saving/preserving sacks that any Steeler I can recall -- ever.
