    Giants Cut Louis Nix

Remember, a couple years back, when a lot of posters on this board were beating the drum for the Steelers to draft him? Supposedly, he would be the heir to Fat Casey.

I think he went to the Texans in the second round. He's done zip, and now may be out of football.

His Notre Dame DL teammate that we took instead that year, Stephon Tuitt, is doing quite well, though.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Tuitt is a first round talent and would have gone earlier if not for that foot injury. I believe Colbert and DL went to see him even when he was injured. Stars lined up for us on that one.
