I saw the story this week where Arians realizes now that he has to change the play-calling to adjust to his personnel. If that really is the case & he is just now making those adjustments, then we really are f@@#ed. I'm not convinced either. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, and Arians has been a failure everywhere he's gone. Just look at this game. His playcalling sucks. The only bad thing to come out of him being gone is us having to adjust to another offense.
