Not that I'm in love with the rule, but if they deliberately broke it? They should forfeit some draft picks, IMO.

Meh yes they broke the rules but I think they only get slapped with a fine and possible lose some practice time. This is not as bad as cheating in real game time. It is funny though the Ravens pulled their request for a rule change in regards to "play reviews" lol

Just saw where, as punishment for breaking the practice rules, the Ratbirds have to forfeit a week of OTAs.
