Took a look at some tape on Prescott.
They are in shotgun 100% of the time. So his ability to play under center is a ?. He doesn't throw well on the move. Saw bad pick 6 on a flushed roll out. Not the best decision. Sometimes stares down his first read.
From the pocket he is accurate. Can get the ball out quick and carries out fakes well. Has a good arm not a great arm. Good pocket presence and can feel pressure. Excellent runner and has good vision but not great speed.
If 49's don't pick a qb early and even if they do Kelly has to be looking at a player like this for his system.
QB for me is tough to evaluate but Prescott is a back up. Team leader who even on a TD pass where the back rounded off an out pattern and still made the play Prescott was right there talking to the back about the pattern. Showed the ability to change plays at the los.
Red flags could change how he is looked at but if I had to guess a 5th rounder.Comment
