    Assistant DB Coach

I think the Steelers would be smart to look into getting one...

Given the communication problems that plagued our secondary so often, it might be a good idea to get Carnell Lake some help...

We had a similar setup in the past with Darren Perry and Ray Horton prior to Tomlin's hiring. With all of the youth and relative inexperience of our DBs...along with the possibility of rookie talent being added...I just think it should be considered.

After all, our OLBs and ILBs have separate coaches...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Interesting thought. As a point of reference - all 4 teams left in the playoffs have multiple secondary coaches.

NE - has a safeties coach and a cornerbacks coach.
    AZ - has 3 coaches. D-backs, Assistant D-backs, and a cornerback coach
CAR - Secondary coach and an assistant D-backs coach
KC - D-backs coach with an assistant D-backs coach.

      Couldn't hurt.

Also need a DB back there who can diagnose plays and make calls for the backfield. Don't have one who is good at that now.
