    *'s Advance

If the Steelers can beat the Broncos tomorrow, they'll go to Foxboro for the AFC Championship game, which the *'s have been in for 5 straight years.

I have a question for everyone. The Chiefs needed two TDS and XPs to tie the game. Would anyone have gone for 2 PT conversion? Knowing if you fail and get the ball and score again you can still tie the game with 2 pt conversion. On the other hand, if you make the first 2 pt conversion and get the ball back and score all you have to do is kick the XP to win the game.

I've never seen that done. At least at the pro level.

Leaving yourself open for some big time criticism of you do score 2 tds and lose the game by a point

I was calling for them to go for 2.

You don't pay for ot in NE. You need to win.

This is the kind of thinking that coaches use. What decision minimizes my chance of being fired. Not what decision maximizes my chance of winning.

That's what I was thinking, play for OT or try and win in regulation. I don't think I'd be upset with either option, I'm leaning toward the 2 pt and XP to win.

You should create an invisible poll asking this question and then complain when people aren't voting on it.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

The Chiefs gave a text book example of clock mismanagment on their last scoring drive.

Well, now with XPs being missed more frequently I think its something to consider especially when you're on the road.
