I'm having a hard time feeling positive going into this game. Offensively, Ben can't throw and might not be able to play. We couldn't run against Denver last game and now we're rolling with the youngins in the backfield. Defensively, we have our well know issues.

Looking at the matchups, you arguably have one of the best Ds in football going against our O that's banged up. The you have our mediocre D going up against what could be a mediocre offense if Peyton has troubles with his health. Any way you add it up, Denver has a decisive advantage.

My only hope is anything can happen. We lost of Tim Tebow in Denver, so maybe the football gods owe us one.

The only other thing I can hang my hat on is the fact that Ben's hurt pretty bad and this would be one of his best stories as a warrior and true legend of the game.

do we know for a fact that Ben is hurt pretty bad?

Brian Billick was on Mike & Mike and said Ben is the type of guy to come out looking like his arm should be amputated and throws a 60 yard bomb on the first play...LOL.

We'd better hope for a major cold front to move in.

Interesting tidbit; the win probabilities for the PIT-DEN game is EXACTLY the same as the PIT-CIN game, 42% PIT - 58% DEN.

          Can history repeat itself?

While everyone is talking about the effect of injuries, should we be thankful for health...of Peyton Manning?

*11-13 career playoff record, most of those losses while with teams with excellent RS records.
*He has a 67.9 passer rating this season
*When he left Indy I was convinced that he would go to a dome or warm weather team. The elements are foreign to him for a guy who has been playing as long as him.
*He has not looked like Peyton Manning since the middle of last season.

I, for one, am happy that we will see Manning instead of Osweiller on Sunday

Von or Heath? Hopefully the only film Heath watches this week is game tape rather than Star Wars, and he lays off the mozzarella sticks and Icee while watching this film.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
