They all look like idiots with the choreographed celebrations before the game is over, especially when they end up losing. But Burfict's "Look at ME! I just won the game!" when HE played a major role in LOSING it for them, is just complete self-inflicted humiliation - as the kids say "epic fail." Gay himself wasn't penalized for dancing. Dancing after a TD is not a penalty (as long as you don't use props). His teammates were penalized for joining him in the same dance. Choreographed celebrations involving multiple players in the end zone is what is outlawed.

Gay isn't going to stop dancing. The problem is other players dancing with him and Dupree barely busted a move.
