Ben is clutch at the end of the game again ... 4th and 3 to AB

Game loser if he messed it up. Not the hardest throw in the world, but all the pressure in the world.

    Ben is back, I believe.

I hope he'll be back next week at Denver...judging by his reaction at the post-game presser, it doesn't look good.

It can be hard to be focused and "up", right after winning such an emotional game. But I have confidence in the coaches to do that and hopefully the second Raisens loss was a lesson learned after the emotional Denver win. Next week will be a chance to show if they learned the lesson, but that can be a tough thing to overcome.

If Ben was throwing passes at the end of the game, how does he not play next week?
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Especially if Ben and Brown can't play.

Reports are that Haley dialed up a deep throw on that last drive and Ben told him he wasn't physically able to do it.

He wouldn't answer any questions about his shoulder at the post-game presser. Seemed very subdued about it. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out next game. I sure hope not, though.

IMO, the Steelers will be playing without Ben and AB, Williams will probably play but not be 100%, going to be a tough one to win at Denver. Peyton playing might be a good thing, he wasn't playing well this year when he was injured. I don't know how the Steelers score points on the Denver defense, but LJ needs to be ready to go.

Hope he can play too. That pass to AB at the end looked like it had some zip on it.

Maybe he feels like he can play but wants Denver to have to prepare for 2 QBs? Ben's got some Wolverine in him, so you know he'll play if he can.

Hoping that they start Manning and we can end his career with 4 picks.

They already named Manning the starter, so the Steelers are getting Manning.

Ben's fastball may be just as limited as Peyton's fastball is now.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
