Is it me or does Martavis Bryant drop a lot of passes?

It always seems to be at crucial times too...Im starting to clinch every time the ball goes his way.

Now we know why he lasted in the draft so long.
He gives up pretty easily and gets really angry after any kind of contact.
His facial expressions remind me of Chris Henry, the Bengals WR that died

You guys are being too hard on the kid. For a 4th rounder or whatever he was, his production is off-the-charts. The Chris Henry comparison is very appropriate! But some people just don't have naturally great hands. Heck, look at Terrell Owens (future HOF), who had frying pans at the end of his arms.

The thing with Martavis will be keeping a level head (staying grounded, working hard) off the field. If he does that, he will have a remarkable career, even if his hands never improve.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

Keeping working with Antonio Brown in the offseason...
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

              Facial expressions?

Anyway, the kid lasted til the 4th and we all know why. Bryant isnt the problem. I wish he came down with that pass.

Most of us knew his hands and route running were not his strengths. He is fast and tall. He keeps safeties honest. He keeps defenders out of the box. He takes the top off and is a big play monster. I don't think he will ever be a guy to move chains.
                Trolls are people too.

Bryant has some amazing natural gifts. His hands are not one of them. He's a great weapon but not a dependable chain mover.

That's a little bit of an oxymoron. Without great hands, it's impossible to be dependable. Brown and Miller, guys who catch everything, are dependable chain moves. Bryant is more like a lottery ticket. He may not catch it every time, but when he does it's big and exciting. He'll learn to develop those hands working with Brown. Kid is still young.

I dont know about all this stuff, but I see him drop catchable balls and I think that was one of the reasons he lasted til the 4th rnd. His drop in the first Bengals game was in the middle of the field (end zone).

Yes, he looks bothered and angry all the time.

Receivers seem to hit their stride in year 3. We'll see if that happens. Does he need to work on his hands? Yep. Got some work to do. Hard worker at camp so got to believe he'll be better in 16. No reason to believe he wont be a 1200 n 10 td guy in our O.

His drop rate is 8X what AB's is but that is a really tough comparison. Notable WRs with worse drop rates?; Amari Cooper, Ted Ginn, Julian Edelman.
