yeah, but this had nothing to do with Ben. the hawks gave him those opportunities and he took advantage. this wasn't a team trying to claw it's way back into a game.

our offensive game plan was sound and well executed. I even thought the fake FG was a well designed play - but they should have known they lost the element of surprise when the quarter changed.

      0-1 when D allows 39 points, too.

The Steelers scored 30 in Seattle on a top five defense, and people want to blame Ben and the offense.

Also 0-1 when our QBs throw 4 INTs...

Losses on the players, wins on the coach.

          Got it, Slapdick.

And one of the INTs, the one that resulted in a 10-pt swing and changed momentum early, was 100% on the dolt in charge who called a fake FG with Landry Jones throwing to an offensive linemen.

Because Ben couldn't be trusted to get a 4th and 2.

The fake FG was not well-designed, especially coming after the break at the end of the quarter. When you send the backup QB out with the FG team it kinda tips off the opponent. Then after they shifted out of FG formation, whatever the hell they did, seems like they paused long enough to give the whole stadium time to figure it out. All the while I'm yelling "NO! NO! NOOOOOOO!"
