    Steelers Penalties

Now sitting at #4 in the NFL in fewest penalties per game.

    Nice work!

Who is the most penalized Steeler?

    C Wallace = 7 (4 holding, 2 false starts, 1 unnecessary roughness)

Shocking for an "undisciplined team with a soft coach who the players don't respect."
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

They was ranked in top 3 last year, if not number 1.

Gotta love it when the center gets called for a false start twice. And I assume that he was digging for gold again to get that unnecessary roughness.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Well, YOU could credit him for that since you had no problem blaming him when things were "bad"...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

tomlin has no control over the penalties the players commit

Why you so down on Tomlin. He has stated they bring in referees to the practices and emphasize playing within the rules so as not draw flags. I think he has coached the team in the
                direction of committing fewer penalties.

The dude just doesn't like Tomlin for whatever reason...whatever success happens is in spite of Tomlin and everything that goes wrong is blamed on Tomlin...

just an opposite opinion of everything that goes wrong isnt tomlin's fault but everything that goes right is because of him

yes, because its sane to believe that one can only praise a coach, never criticize.

And equally insane to believe that one can only criticize a coach and never praise...

Well to me, as the custodian of the team, the head coach should receive much of the praise with regards to team success and most of the blame in failure, but maybe that's just me.
