An NFL goal post weighs in excess of 500 lbs! How can you be penalized for using it as a prop?
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

I winced. Not so much worried about a long term football injury or anything. Just a short term man injury. I don't care how padded the goal post is...I'm not ramming my cojones into it by running at it at full speed and trying to wrap my legs around it. That should be man rule #1. Flasteel needs to write another book.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Yinz can't be serious about bringing back Archer. How does that improve a pathetic area of the team knowing that archer is an underperformer himself ?
the Steelers need to continue the search until they find the right answer. They already decided archer isn't.

I don't know about KO returns, but I would use AB for punts. You have a player that can change the game on STs and offense on your team, use him. I know, I know, but he might get injured, the Steelers need to protect the defense at all costs and one way of doing that is scoring points and make the other team one dimensional. I would not live in my fears (so to speak) and put AB back there on punts without hesitation.

I would also instruct the KO return guy to down any KO that goes into the end zone even the slightest and give the ball to the offense on the 20 yard line. The instructions would be, "If the ball travels into the end zone at any depth you down the ball, if you don't down the ball, you'll be unemployed on Monday."

I wouldn't put AB back there on KOs and I trust Ben and the offense more than I trust any player they put back there to return kicks. I'd rather ensure that my offense gets the ball than on the off chance they get a big return. I haven't seen anything that indicates that anyone is capable of making a big play often enough on a KO to risk not giving the ball to the Steeler offense.

My problem was it lacked originality... Steve Smith did it a with the Panthers. Still, I laughed.

Should have never taken AB off of punt returns. Him back there again helps our playoff chances even more!

However, I do think the Colts made a mistake and punted right to him (and outkicked his coverage). They forgot what the guy can do. Other teams won't make that mistake again. But that handicaps a punt team and gives the Steelers better field position as teams will try to kick away from him. Field position is huge. Keep AB on PR!!

Put Weaton doing the returning before Brown or Jacoby

Why? Brown is much better. SMH.

I think they draft a good returner in the draft - just don't reach - lol

William Likely, CB Maryland - could play both Dime CB as well as kick returner (he's actually darned good at returner)... he's just short (5'7")

The only thing Jones should be returning right now is his helmet, jersey, and playbook.

They already drafted a top-notch college return specialist. His name was Dri Archer. He muffed one punt in the preseason and they never gave him another chance.
