lol...yeah well until I see this D stop an average QB I won't hold my breath wishing for them to stop Brady. I suspect we will score many points even without Bell but unless Brady comes out cold the Pats will score more.
    Trolls are people too.

Take the over (whatever it is). Pats may score at will and they only hope is Ben and Brown can counter.

A lot of confidence being given to the Steeler offense. They gain a lot of yards, but they aren't real good at actually putting TDs on the board, which what they will have to do to keep up with the Pats. I'm hoping that the Steeler offense can run the ball nearly at will and burn clock and, of course, score TDs. Otherwise, I'm not liking their chances based on what the defense has done this preseason and what the offense looked like without Bell for the playoff game.

I think people need to be careful going to any extreme one way or the other.

I think we'd have better luck stopping the Pats offense if we signed Casey Hampton, Aaron Smith, Brett Kiesel, James Farrior, Troy and Ike and let them all start on just a week's practice.

If the Steeler's pass rush can't sniff Brady this game won't even be close. In the last 10 yrs the only time the Steelers were successful against Brady is the game in '04 where they beat him up good with 4 sacks.

The D?... was A Smith, Kimo, Hoke with Haggans Farrior Foote and Porter at LBr

Strongest part of Pats D this year will likely be the front seven. I think if the Steelers can protect Ben (or he keeps plays alive) they can have more success in the air than on the ground.

Since Bell was drafted, he has missed four games. The Steelers are 0-4 and scored 9, 10, 23, and 17 points in those contests.

Those first three were also without Pouncey and Bryant (who was still in college), so if you want a taste of how the offense will look this Thursday...

I can't see the steelers offense doing much without bell and Bryant. Remember the loss to rats in the play offs.

Pats and Steelers are different teams in a new season.

You mean when Josh Harris and fresh off the street Ben Tate were our running backs? We have deangelo williams for that void. I think it's hilarious we have this thread and others as a result of a bunch of belly aching over the damn preseason. You would think we were sitting at 0-6 with no hope in sight. Ridiculous. A bunch of you need to get a damn grip or just find another team to root for, sh.sitting up the board with doom and gloom before the regular season starts is insane. Yes you all are entitled to your opinion. I'll wait for when several of you band together to take over the eventual London franchise since so many of you are clearly front office material. Lmao.
