I really don't like this. Vick is not a good QB anymore. He had a 68.3 quarterback rating last year and averaged 5 yards per attempt. He may be the best guy on the scrapheap, but ugh.

For now they need a body. Watch him throw a bit, let him take the bulk of the snaps in the fourth pre-season game even - allow him to showcase himself in case he actually has something left...and then hit the wire hard as soon as cuts are announced.

can't replace your vet backup with a young project... unless he's a proven young backup - McCoy is not, IMO. as sucky as Vick is at this stage, he's probably the best bet...

Cousins sucks... when he had a chance to shine he looked like trash. All these guys are back ups and we aren't winning anything if any of them had to replace Ben.
