Heard sounds like a Dri Archer type - small scatback with plenty of speed/quickness.

    David Nelson stats:

Age 28, 6'5", 215 lbs., University of Florida

    With the Bills:

    2010: 15 games played (3 starts) 31 catches for 353 yards and 3 TD's

    2011: 16 games played (13 starts) 61 catches for 858 yards and 5 TD's

    2012: 1 game played (1 start) 2 catches for 31 yards and 0 TD's

    With the Jets:

    2013: 12 games played (6 starts) 36 catches for 423 yards and 2 TD's

    2014: 6 games played (3 starts) 8 catches for 65 yards and 0 TD's
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

LBs are dropping like flies. May have to go to the 4-3 just because of bodies available

I was really hoping Zumwalt was going to be what we thought he would have been. Just too many injuries, dang.

Well played. You never miss an opportunity.

When all is said and done, the question on this roster is do you keep 9 LBers or 10.

What? We still have Moats, Jarvis, Deebo, Bud, Chickillo, and Howard Jones battling on the outside and Timmons, Shazier, Vince, Spence, and Garvin battling on the inside. The LB cuts will be certainly be difficult because of our depth there (unlike the lack of any quality depth behind Heyward and Tuitt at DE, for example), and that's without even taking into account other LB longshots like Shayon Green, Ian Wild (moved over from safety as a sort of hybrid guy), and the new addition from New England, L.B. Fort.

Until someone other than James Harrison starts making impact plays, I'll say that the Steelers have a lot linebackers in camp, not sure about the depth. Hopefully, some of the stuff coming out of camp that Jones is looking better and Dupree getting p1ssed off will start to have an infectious affect on the linebacker group. Up to this point, they have been disappointing from top to bottom, James can't hold down the fort and even he had some difficulties with Gearhardt in the run game versus the Jags.

This was in response to the absurd notion that we may be better suited to run a 4-3 than a 3-4 because of a lack of depth at LB when our DL depth behind Heyward, Tuitt, McLendon, and McCullers is currently Cam Thomas, Joe Kruger, Matt Conrath, L.T. Walton, Ethan Hemer, Niko Davis, Mike Thornton, and Joe Okafor. The names I listed providing depth at LB is light years ahead of our depth along the d-line.

yep. me as well. nice to know we have it all in black and white so I can mock you for yet another horrible opinion/insight. Kid will be a big contributor. Good thing you didn't jump up and down like a child celebrating his drops after his buddy died (in first pro game in pre season mind you) just so you could come on here and gloat. Damn, a strong game later someone is looking foolish lmao

now you are just embarrassing yourself. Shazier is a load and brings it. You don't see him politely wrapping people up. I might have to ignore you as it's pretty apparent you are the board's resident troll and not worth my time.

Here is a list of the initial cuts:

Ian Wild may be a small surprise. Same with Dismukes not getting cut. Otherwise, no real surprises.

Guess Jesse James made the roster. Only 3 TE left on the team.
