92 is making a statement this off-season. That may be his greatest contribution.

DoS...You didnt answer to original question...Deebo or Kali...who's stronger??

If I translate your comment about 92, DoS, it sounds like...

"92 is as strong as Hell, but that's all..."

C'mon bro, 92 is training like a freaking Silverback does!!!

He's coming into this TC with both guns blazing!!

I could easily see him leading the team in sacks this season, even if the depth chart
        has him as a back-up.

I personally want 95 to beat him out, but 92 is just got the mind-set that he will not take a
        back-seat to nobody!

92 has to be one the scariest MF to EVER put on a Steelers uniform! We need more Scary MF's on
this team, especially on the defense!

I really hope 92 proves you wrong, and I know he will!!!!

The season is almost here, and the 2015 Steelers could be THAT team!!!

I'm expecting HUGE things this year...This offense could be record setting!!

The defense has finally be transformed into the Young and Nasty D we have been
waiting for!! Coach Butler will have them flying around!!

Froooothing at the mouth like a crazed dog!!!!!!

I think what he means is that Deebo's greatest contribution for this year is teaching the young bucks how to get after it. Can you imagine if Bud and JJ develop the same type of work ethic as Deebo?

Thanks Birt, you nailed it. In fact, im half expecting JH to be IMPROVED and still our best OLB this year, with no indictment on the others.
But even more important, i think he is already making all the others around him better, leading by example.
JH is still constructing his legacy in the Burg by evolving his effort into a year round leader of men.
Man do i have a lot of respect for that guy

Oh and ill take the superior athlete that is James Harrison over the overly musclebound, inflexible looking Kali character.

Extra pressure is very clearly on Jarvis. He's going to be given every chance to win the RLB job. What should be happening right now (with him watching Harrison doing what he does this off-season) is that he (Jarvis) comes to camp in tremendous shape. He better be preparing like that! Because his "back-up" is! And I honestly would let Harrison have the other starting spot, but spell him OFTEN.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

Myself, I feel like we should try JJ on both sides, see where he does best and ride that out. Same with Bud. Wouldn't it be some sh!t if they never tried JJ on the other side and that's where he fits best? They tried that with Worilds and he looked like a joke for a bit.

I'm good with Jarvis and Deebo splitting reps on the weak side and Moats and Bud splitting reps on the strong side. Jarvis and Bud are our future, but it's good that they both have a vet there to split time with and learn from as they grow into their ultimate roles.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Well, ideally, you want more from Jarvis (a former first round pick in his 3rd year in the league). At this point in his career, he really should play James out of splitting any reps with him, assuming he's anywhere near the player he was expected to be coming out.

Problem is that James is a warrior and out working him (even at 37) is unlikely based on what we've seen so far. I hope that JJ continues the upward trend he was showing prior to the injury last year and he's a beast. He has a tough road to hoe with James in front of him. I don't think there are many 3-4 ROLBs in the league that could supplant James permanently yet, soon, but not yet.

Sure, I'd like more from Jarvis, but James looks awfully good this offseason and will likely be motivated not only by the fact that he will be coming off the bench and may only be limited to 25 or so snaps per game that he will want to make sure every one counts, especially since he is currently 7.5 sacks behind Jason Gildon for the all time Steeler sack king. I really want Deebo to somehow get 8 sacks this year and I think he could do it with a reasonable timeshare (should Jason Gildon really be our franchise sack leader? Really?), and if Jarvis were to match those 8 sacks as well, I'd certainly be happy with 16 sacks from that position.
