We can say this. As it played out Stonios catch won the game only BECAUSE of the Harrison int. We can imagine all we want that the Cards get stopped on that drive would have got shut out, and injured Hines COULD have had 300 yards receiving from Charlie Batch eventual MVP for an injured Ben. Heck if Harrison does not get the pick Stonios catch never happened because the game is different. As it played out, in the game we saw the HARRISON pick was the biggest play.

Both plays were worth 7 but Harrisons pick prevwnted a touchdown a likely14 point swing.

Francos catch was great but it was a bad play gone good. Blind chance and perhaps a wrong call.

Stonios catch was great but only the situation (which matters) made it great. It is an excellent play but routine in that MANY players have make catches of similar difficulty.
        .
Harrisons pick both PREVENTED a score AND created a score. This was a single record breaking incredible play created by outstanding coaching, tremendous blocking and amazing veteran smarts. Not a corner or safety, but a relatively SLOW footed linebacker going 100 yards, a 14 point swing. No question the greatest single play in team history.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

        TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher
