    "Consulting" but not going to be the Def Coord. He should have done the same here a couple years ago. I guess Ike may be looking to tag along too.

    Ike tagging along would be a shame. His work ethic is absolutely phenomenal and it would be great if he could serve in some sort of assistant coaching position.

      wow... I guess it would look like a demotion if he did it with us a few years ago.

      I guess AZ knew once DL was OC he would never leave.

        But seriously, yes, he ought to have done this in Pit 2 years ago. We may have been better off all around.
