Game Lose is on Coaches not Ben

Coaches game plan was bad...they put great players in a position to fail....

It's like they went back to the old ways on how we lose ...playing scared....
They tried to use to much time instead of quickly getting down field and scoring....

Ravens played to win and we didn't, that is why it looked like they wanted it more on the field then us.

Kicking field goals will not get you very far and I thought we made a big change a while back to stop that ...
    what happen?

yes and defense game plan sucked!!!

yep... every other home team won this weekend. We came out scared because of the Bell injury and we came out with Tate to show how concerned we were with the RB position.

We should have chucked it up early and often

It pissed me off that at halftime, Hairball told the sideline reporter that, "They're not going to beat us with field goals".

Dude, Ben played badly. We could have won with the same game plan if he actually sees the open WRs, and throws more cleanly. If you watch the replay, you will find a couple of open receivers on almost every one of Ben's bad passes (including on the second int, where I count three open receivers who could have scored).

You cant game plan around poor QB play. Saturday was Bad Ben day.

One of the main reasons we bog down in the red zone is that our OL is not a roadgrader type. It's more of a trapping, counter, or dare I say, finesse line. Couple that with the facts that the Ravens were the #2 red zone defense in the league and had Ngata and Canty back in the lineup Saturday, and the result is not surprising.

Ben played well enough to win a lot of games but did overlook open receivers. It didn't help that his first INT was due to a muff by Tate when the game was still within reach. It also didn't help that he was getting sacked, hurried and knocked down a lot. That tends to cause QBs to miss open receivers.

It was practically a given that since both teams have such bad secondaries the winner would be the one that was able to effectively pressure the QB. The Ravens were able to do that and we weren't even though the Ravens had a makeshift offensive line. This was not a loss I'd put on the coaches.
