Impossible to say whether Bell catches it or not, probably would have, not sure it would have made a difference at that point. There were other times I kept saying, "d@mn, Bell would have turned that into a 1st", but overall I don't think Bell changes the outcome. The offensive line picked a bad game to be mediocre, particularly the tackles.

Part of that mediocrity is Haley running empty sets. And not having the threat of a running game doesn't help the offensive line, either.

Eh, its the same offense we have recently been all gaga over, the empty sets and all, Baltimore didn't allow them to execute.

The D played well in the first half, the Steelers needed the offense to score TDs and not FGs. Time of posession in the first half was so lopsided to the Steelers it was ridiculous, but a lack of TDs hurt. They were never playing with the lead except at 3-0.

I agree. 17 pts in a playoff game doesn't cut it.
