Nothing changed today - we still need to win out, right?

Check my math here. With us, Cincy and Baltimore winning it compels us to win out. If either us or Cincy loses and the rats win out, they take the division. Even if we win this week and Cincy loses - they go to a half game behind and the final game is still for the division. We can't afford a loss next week unless all THREE teams lose.

Of of course we control our destiny - but it's still nearly all or nothing.

At least that's how my math sees it.

From what I am hearing, we control our destiny as far as winning the AFCN. That is good news, given the rollercoaster we've been this season. The Ravens can't do anything about us. The Bengals can, but it will be tough for them in both the next two weeks.

There are so many different scenarios. I would imagine there is even a scenario where we lose out and still get in. Win one of these next 2 and I will be shocked if we dont get in. Win them both and we win the division.

Interesting. A win against KC would clinch a wildcard...hadn't heard that yet...good news indeed.

Then we could still win the North and get a home playoff game if we won the following week against Cincy as well.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

There is no reason we don't win out.

Getting GILBERT back is a MUST however.

Just win baby!!!! We need to win the next two and get that one home game. Not sure this team can go into a hostile environment in the play offs and win one on the road.

Confirmed by @EliasSports - the @steelers will clinch a playoff berth simply with a win vs. KC this weekend @heinzfield
