Tomlin is like Yoda ("practice you shall not"). This was a test to see if the vets could come together and do the right thing. They did. A very subtle unleashing of heck (not quite hell...)

Don't rain on the Tomlin bashing parade. Could it had possibly been that they had no film for the past weekend's game since the Falcons played Monday night and Monday is typically a film day? Couldn't be since it has to be Tomlin not taking the Falcons seriously and coaching the team to play down...yes that is sarcasm.

To top it off, the Falcons are playing on a short week and we don't need to be giving away a tactical advantage. Get your ass in the building and get to work!

Good to see the veteran players had the maturity and drive to redirect the team. I'm just wondering who the dozen or so players were that didn't show.
They have to have some time off. Do you work 24/7?

I see nothing wrong with Tomlin giving Players a day off after a hard hitting divisional game.
I also see nothing wrong with the players coming in on their day off.

Please tell me a coach who made their team come on a monday after a win???

                  Even Belicheat gives days off.

So, coach Bill Belichick had a little surprise for them after the game. “Great job, fellas, coming out here and working your ass off all week,” Belichick said in the locker room, via Patriots.com. “A lot of film, a lot of preparation, a lot of rest. That’s the way to go out there and lay it on the line. That’s a damn good win. Way to come out here in California and get one. And we’ll see everybody Wednesday.”

No, dealing with inner city flunkies. At least I could respect a 300# lineman for killing me.

Well, I guess you weren't teaching me. I'm from the inner city and am far from a flunky.

                                Flunky is a choice.
