steelers are not a top 5 oline...but i think they have grown to a top 10 unit. Even if pouncey and decastro arent great on their own ( i think top 3 center, top 5 guard) they are filthy good together

Yep. That's why I mentioned their age as a unit. Still young and still coming together. While Beachum has performed admirably as a 7th rounder, if they can add talent at LT, they'll only get better.

Some times I am not sure the Steelers want to upgrade at certain positions because of the cost. If Beachum is good enough for bargain basement price that works for them it seems sometimes. Now on the other hand you could see another LT drafted to replace Beachum because he is going to want paid like a starting LT when the Rookie contract is up I figure. Very interesting game played with the salary cap sometimes.
