Coaches confused on Harrison goal line play

On that play, Harrison, Blount, Miller, Palmer, and Spaeth were on the field.

Bell, AB, and Bryant were not. When they really needed a TD.

That should be enough to criticize them for, the Harrison confusion notwithstanding.

It was a valiant effort there is no reason Blount shouldn't have punched one in from the 1 yard line given 4 tries.

If the Jets stop that then they deserve the win. But don't beat yourselves.

Good, you keep looking for reasons to criticize every little aspect of the Steelers.
I notice you dont come around much when we win.

I got the impression Ben really wanted to get Harrison a TD catch. Seemed like he was staring him down the entire play. I wasn't a fan of that. Although I would have went crazy if Deebo scored.

In this case I think it would have been more of a fluke if it worked than brilliant. Going to JH was a low percentage play. Ben didn't even think he was supposed to be on the field (at least that's what he said in the post game interview). Now, if they had used him as a decoy, had Ben pump fake it to him and then turn back to his left - he had Spaeth open by a MILE.

yep... but we have seen more than a few big guys get in on jumbo packages and end up wide open due to a good play action.

it didn't work and I wish Ben would've looked to his left after it was obvious JH wasn't open.

I went crazy the last time Deebo scored.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

...and Spaeth was wide open well before Ben threw the ball.
