    To conservative on both sides

Played way to conservative on both sides, like other posters have said...
The game plan was terrible. When you have a bad game plan the worst of us comes out....
We didn't take advantage of the jets weaknesses....

Happens every time Tomlin "prepares" for a heavy underdog. His teams come out conservative and petrified to make a mistake, which of course, usually ends up in several mistakes. He'll blame the players, rinse, repeat.

Tennessee will play their best game Monday Night.

I think we did ok defensively. We only gave up 20 pts and that's really not too bad given the turnovers and ineffectiveness on O. I can understand why you'd want more conservative D play calling against Vick who can really hurt you if take too much risk.

I do question what we were trying to accomplish offensively. Potentially we were trying to keep Ben from taking too many hits from the front 7. But I am curious why we didn't attack their corners more down field?

I believe they went down field 5 or 6 times. That's probably about the average for the offense. For the most part moving the ball wasn't a problem for the offense. Turnovers and scoring TD's when they had the opportunity appeared to be the issues.
