Why is Arians being touted as the early COTY? Why isn't Garrett being given a nod? It seems he has done more to turn around the 'Boys than BA. And if Tomlin can string together a few more wins you gotta at least look in his direction as well given the roster changes from last season.

Because, to this point in the season, Arians has (arguably) turned in the most consistently good head coaching performance. He's done that, and won 7 of 8 games, in spite of having to use 3 different players at QB.
Not to say that Garrett hasn't done well also.
But the season is only half over. The COY award is still really up for grabs...someone besides the aforementioned could pick it off with a great second half (not that it's an award I really even care about).
