Steelers @ Redskins Prediction Thread

These teams appear to be pretty evenly matched statistically. Slight edge to the Steelers D over the Redskins D. Bigger edge to the Redskins O over the Steelers O.

But of course stats aren't as important as matchups and if completely healthy the matchups favor the Steelers. However, neither team is completely healthy.

I think this one is going to be an old school, defensive battle with a lot of hard hits and plenty of "3 yards and a cloud of dust".

Steelers come out on top in this slugfest 13-10.

It's not pretty, but it's a tough win on the road and I'll take it!

I am going for a scalp.

Willie "runs like wind " Parker makes a triumphant return.
Santonio "Drives with Peace Pipe" Holmes has something to prove and has a big game.
Heath "Heap Big" Miller finally gets the ball thrown his way a lot.

The Swisscheesey tribe (better known as the Offensive line) is able to protect the Tribal Field leader enough for him to unleash his strong medicine.

Portis has 120+ yards for the last 5 weeks in a row. He'll be lucky to get half that against our D.

If Santana Moss can't go, that severly limits their ability to open things up deep.

We play well in prime time.

Steelers long snapper problems/injured-punter situation motivate them to not kick the
ball unless we're using a tee. Good guys win this one in a blow out.
