    Bringing back old players

One down two to go. Age can't fight it it's inevitable. Ike was a mishap, Kiesel today Harrison and Troy will be next.

And none of them was contributing to anything but bad defense, while young players sat and rotted on the bench.

That's super disrespectful, seen by all 7 billion people on earth because you posted it in here. How dare you??? And if you spell his French last name wrong, you should be whipped with a wet noodle!

You sound happy that Kiesel was hurt

I feel bad for him, but I'm glad he's out of the lineup. Troy and Deebo should be benched. They are not part of the solution, they're part of the problem.

It's pathetic that after two 8-8 seasons with an aging, declining defense, they hold tooth and nail to over the hill veterans way past their prime.

Speaks volumes for their inability to draft and develop young players.

This coaching staff, in short, sucks.

So the questions is who on the bench is better? If there is one better then why did the Steelers bring him back?

Like whom? Ya'll want change immediately, but you don't have the answer to fix it either.. Many of you contradict yourselves on a daily basis.

Not happy , but you get what you pay for. They won't let old players walk into the sunset so it comes back to haunt them.

We don't know because Dickey wont let us find out. Other teams seams to find out without injury... So why wont Dickey.

Shamarko for Troy, Tuitt for Keis, Moats for Harrison. They may not be better now, but the old guys have no upside and the D sucks with them. What is the point of playing them?

If they were holding together a unit and winning until the young guys were ready to take over, that's one thing.

But they're part of the problem and there is nothing to be gained by playing them right now. Nothing at all.

Schmarko was hurt today and couldn't play. Tuitt doesn't know the plays. And Moats (who was benched by an awful Bills team last year) is nothing more than a role player.

Of the three, Tuitt is the only one who is likely to be a key cog on the defense moving forward. GIven his inability to stay healthy in a part time role, it's difficult to imagine Thomas as anything more than a role player.
