Bell and Blount Best duo in the NFL?

In the preseason, there was some speculation about Bell and Blount becoming the best 1/2 in the league. It was foo foo'd for obvious reasons by many astute members of this community. Considering Bell had a decent but not overwhelming season, Blount being new, and an OL who couldn't run block consistently there were significant reasons to dismiss such a notion. After one really amazing game is anyone else wondering how good these two can become? With Munchak getting improved play weekly out of the OL, is it just possible that these two have 2500+ all purpose yards this season? Is it possible that by season end that Munchak has turned around a liability into the Steelers greatest strength?

Yes it is possible, and the game plan/execution of the oline was nothing short of brilliant. Pouncey took kuechly to school all day long.

Bell is such a stud, but blount showed that this team can run the ball and close out games now. They are (quite easily imo) right with Philly, SF, and Buffalo right now as the top back fields

While I'm not ready to crown them after one terrific game...I am excited about the possibilities.

Bell has been great in all three games, even if they had to get away from him in the ravens game

Based on the performance against Carolina, they certainly put themselves on the map. I in my opinion, they are a perfect compliment. Add Archer when healthy and the group may be even better... I, for one, am stoked about the possibility of the same success in future games. We've all seen the Jekyll and Hyde of the past few years, maybe we don't see any steps backward. How great would it be to run it down the Bungles throats and silence the Who Dey garbage? Who wouldn't love to carve up the Ratbirds next time around? Obviously, the potential is there, we just have to execute.

I believe Bell is on pace for nearly 2500 yards from scrimmage all by himself.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I believe the most important thing is we now have an improved ability to close out games. How many times lately have we had to watch teams come back on us after not being able to hold the ball? That improvement alone ought to net about three games we might have lost last year.

Just think if we would have cut Pouncey when we had the chance and signed some great defensive back we would have even been more dominant! I mean if Pouncey was able to take Kuechly to school imagine what CODY WALLACE would have done! He's head and shoulders better than Pouncey anyway!

Don't worry, Cody Wallace WILL BE our center, come Pouncey's next season-ending injury.
