Should all the coaches still be fired asap?

It must have been they just got lucky right?

Miss a flight - no excuses - you are OUT of heah!

No in-game adjustments on D - must be Alzheimer's - yes, you got it ... you are OUT of heah!

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

Just a thought but we could...COULD mind you...stop swinging back and forth in emotional temper tantrums like 6th grade girls and let the season play out?

The Steelers aren't going to go undefeated the rest of the way. They are going to lose again.

They also proved they can go on the road and beat a playoff team decisively.

Can't we wait and see what happens?

Agreed...it's a little too early for anyone on either side to gloat.

Half a great game, half a crap game, a complete crap game, a complete great game...call it even overall.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

The Steelers next 2 games are against the 2 worst teams in the NFL. Lets see what the coaches do to ensure the team doesn't play down to the competition as it has multiple times over the last 2 seasons. Glennon is not a good QB and the Defense should rattle him. And Bortles is a rookie who they hadn't planned to start in Jacksonville but they have no other option. These games should be feeding frenzy for the D and the O should be able to put up a good bit of points in both games. Hopefully build on the progress and momentum from the Carolina game.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

I'd dump Porter after that display I saw Sunday night. Old, slow, and overall poor form.

As someone who never got on the "the sky is falling" bandwagon, I DO think SA Steeler has a legit point.
The "gloating" does not imply he KNOWS this team is good or bad.
He is saying this "one game" shows that those people who had this team dead and buried after the Raven were WAY premature.

I don't know about others, but I wasn't calling for any firings "ASAP"...what I said was, "if they don't get it turned around," send 'em packing after the season.

The Carolina game was nice...let's see if that's more the rule than the exception. No, this team is not "finished." But for the last half of the Cleveland game, and the whole Baltimore game, they sure didn't give us much to hang any hope on.

                        Yes sir, thank you.

Agree w/ the RShazier50 post as well.

IMO, the true coaching test will occur when our Plan A doesn't work (next game, or whenever). It's easy to look good when things go as planned!

I read it differently mainly because I keep seeing I told you posts after every game. If that was the intent of the post then I would agree. It is indeed premature if you are basing your opinions off of 3 games. But, many of us who are calling for the head of LeBeau are not basing it on 3 games...but 2 previous seasons and a continual decline of play from the D over the last few seasons. Nothing premature about that. Same could be said for Tomlin and Haley...not that I am in favor or firing either of those guys at this point. One game shouldn't make anyone question a stance...it was one game. I am happy. LeBeau gets a week of reprieve in my book. He keeps putting together D showings like that over a whole season and he will silence the critics. But, he certainly didn't do so with one game.

Is it really that bad to wonder if coaches should get the boot after 2 .500 seasons, a D ranked in the bottom 3rd and 8 quarters of unwatchable football?

We won against what looks to be a good Carolina team but it's still one game.

Does anyone know the procedures of how the Steelers draft ? Is it by need, best athlete available ? Do they have both inside and outside people looking over players ? Does Tomlin or his staff tell the front office, " a safety is what this team needs, find us the best one available ? " No matter what the scenario, I think they haven't hit the mark in a long time. Castro, Pouncey seem like good picks and so have our receiving group but after that its been lukewarm
