    Player of the Game

You can't name one. Every single player I have seen tonight is terrible. Difficult to assess one on one match-ups in the trenches, but as a whole, both of our starting lines were thoroughly whipped. All three phases of the game were putrid. I'm not sure I've ever seen Roethlisberger look as bad as he is looking tonight either.

Aside from injuries, this is the worst possible dress rehearsal this team could have rolled out. Pathetic.

Okay...the moment I type this AB blows up and Ben completes a strike to Miller for the TD. Not sure how many back-up Eagles were in there, but at least I can go to bed with some positive images from tonight's game.

I thought Keisel was solid...Not one mistake on his end.

I thought the long snapper played well, not one botched snap.

I actually thought our running game still looked good.

I didn't see the running game do all that much, and the stats bear me out. Our two studs gained 55 yards on 16 carries. Bell's YPC was 2.6. The long gain of the night was 7 yards. Blount's YPC was 4.6 but he only carried 7 times. Both looked slow. Maybe the O-Line had something to do with it.

The fans of pot say it makes you "mellow". I'd prefer that the RBs drink some Red Bull. We don't need mellow.

Run game was adequete, but to me it appeared when they had Foster pulling to the right he was always late getting to the point of attack and behind the RB. If we are going to do that shouldn't DeCastro be playing Left Guard since he is faster and quicker?

Question to the resident OL experts!!!!!!

I saw RB's make something out of nothing... Blount also carried a few guys for extra yards.

I would like to see Bell hit the hole for a hard 5 instead of cutting back and dancing for 4.

The passing game was disgusting tho..

I thought the one good spot was Grad. He was throwing the ball really well. Our 'big' receivers didn't always help him out but at least he was much better than the previous pre-season games.
As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.

                    but Go Steelers!!!
