      No one cares more about the City of Pittsburgh than Yinzers do. In fact without caring Yinzers Pittsburgh is just a much larger version of neighboring Johnstown which is nothing more than a freaking landfill for steel mills these days.
      Obviously the standard is the standard.

        Pgh is not a NE city. Nor is it midwest. Neither description apply. I'd say it's a rust belt city, as are Buffalo and Cleveland. I'd say Detroit is both a rust belt town and in the midwest.

          Pennsylvania id a Mid-Atlantic state, so I guess Pittsburgh is a Mid-Atlantic city that just happens to be close to a Mid-western state.
