I think this is essentially what it means:

You can keep a player in his original draft round (for instance, I can give up my first round pick for Shady McCoy or my second round pick for Jimmy Graham). However, for some of the EXTREME values, you can only get a maximum of 5 rounds from their average draft position this year. For example, I also have Peyton Manning (a 9th round pick because he was coming off of neck surgery and onto a new team), Le'Veon Bell (an 11th round pick as a rookie), and Montee Ball (and 8th round pick as a rookie). Peyton, Le'Veon, and Montee are all projected to be 2nd round picks this season (Yahoo projects Ball 14th, Manning 15th, and Bell 18th), so I would only get 5 rounds of Max Value if I opted to keep any of those 3 guys (which would be a 7th round pick in each of those cases, if I'm reading this correct). Is that correct, D Rock?

Man, I'm really split about who to keep this year. I LOVE Shady and Graham, but Ball, Bell, or Peyton for only a 7th is awfully tempting as well. Decisions, decisions...

THE DRAFT IS TUESDAY, 8/26 AT 8 PM EASTERN.

All keepers (one per team, if desired) must be declared by Monday night, 8/18, at 11:59 PM. I will lock the keepers in on Tuesday and the draft order will be randomly assigned.

Any team owner who has not selected a keeper by that time will not receive one.

a 15th for zac stacy since he was undraft
a 4 for antonio brown since he was drafted in 4
a 3 for demaryius since he was drafted in 3
and a 4 for eddie lacy since he was drafted in 4

Jordan Cameron you would get in the 11th - 5 rounds after his current round 6 projection (#58 ranking)
Zac Stacy would be an 8th round pick - 5 rounds after current round 3 rank

scoring:
30 pass yards/point, 4 for td,
12 rush yards/point, 6 for td
10 receiving yards/point, 6 for td
40 return yards/ point, 6 for td

no ppr

-2 for INT or fumble


1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 wr/rb, and we use IDP as well but you won't want to keep any of them
