Mike Pouncey needs to stay of twitter.

So I just seen this video. Does not look or sound good for him after what happened in Miami. http://www.armstrongmywire.com/tv/3/player/vendor/ESPN/player/fiveminute/asset/espn-pouncey_tweets_about_rookie_leaves_twitter-5min/source/Clips

I believe him when he says it was just a light-hearted joke and it's not a big deal, but seriously... you can't be that stupid.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

I just don't see what the big deal is. Is everybody really that sensitive?

It's just dumb, man.

He's implicated in some bullying issue at work, and he goes on twitter and says the new rookie is going to (have to) buy him stuff?

I realize the issue, but this the NFL, not a 4th grade girls reading club.

I tend to agree with you to a point. But this bullying thing is such a big deal for kids that is shines a very bright light at the bullying in the NFL. Plus we live in a very different day and age then when I was a kid.

I'm with you. I thought it was a great tweet. Made me chuckle and I knew people would get their panties all wadded up about it. Exactly what he was going for.

I wonder how hard he'll chuckle when he's sitting at home, suspended for a few games...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Another sign that twitter will soon be over. When Grandma is tracking your every move, it's over.

Good thing pouncey doesn't own an NBA team. I wonder just how many people read the NFL report on the Dolphins?

Well Slap you get it. Was it funny for some of us here? Hell yes it was. BUT Pouncey is still sitting on the hot seat with the KING of the NFL and he still has to decide if you get a slap on the hand or a kick in the ass. Not a good time to still be jacking around. It shows that he still has not learned his lesson that even joking around can get you in major trouble. Maybe the fins will trade him to us for our 4th rd pick so he can be with his brother!

buying gifts for vet teammates isnt bullying.

every team does that

Of course its not. But there is a thing called context. You guys realize that don't you?

Yes context and that is part of the hazing that can become bullying. As it already did in Miami! If you have a guy with mental issues very small things become BIG things. It just looks bad for Pouncey to tweet what he did. Same as the Free the killer picture. It is pilling up now. And the NFL is SUPER HIGH profile.

The NFL and Dolphins just don't wanna get sued. They don't really care about this other than the potential financial ramifications.
