    Jacksonville @#3

Just thought I would throw this out there...Since Jacksonville had interest in C Alex Mack from Cleveland and offered him a contract, is there any chance we could trade Pouncey to Jacksonville for #3 overall pick and take Sammy Watkins assuming he is there which I believe he will be and not drop out of the top 5.. We signed Cody Wallace to a 3 year deal this offseason and can probably sign Velasco to a couple year deal for not much more than league minimum...those two players played well enough I thought in Pounceys place last year...it would save us a huge contract extension on Pouncey and we can give that money on extensions to heyward, worilds , Cortez...we can address CB or DE at pick #15 or maybe even TE Ebron.. Think Ben would be happy and sign his contract extension to retire a Steeler if we able to get him toys like Sammy and Ebron?

Imagine If Ben had weapons on the field of Antonio Brown, Sammy Watkins, Heath Miller, Eric Ebron, and LeVeon Bell/Wheaton..

Just throwing it out there for fun and don't expect Jacksonville to trade #3 pick for a center coming off an ACL injury but you never know..

No chance whatsoever. Even IF Pittsburgh added in their 15th pick, and say Antonio Brown. Jacksonville still laughs at us.

Actually, we DO know. It ain't happening.
Besides Pouncey is coming off injury as you state he is too close to free agency.
He can walk and Jax has zip. You don't give up a 1st for that.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

What if Cleveland gave Jacksonville the 26th overall pick and Alex Mack for the 3rd overall pick?

Then Cleveland would have the #3 and #4 picks overall, back-to-back.

They could draft some combination of two of the following players: Sammy Watkins, Khalil Mack, Greg Robinson, or Johnny Manziel.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Ok that makes sense on being a free agent and might not res-sign in Jacksonville but his homestate is Florida right? Let's say Jacksonville at 3 is too unrealistic how about Miami (who has serious offensive line issues)? Would you trade Pouncey to Miami #19 and pair him up with his brother both in there home state and chances are he would sign extension there...we won't be able to get Watkins but we would have #15 and #19 overall..

How high could you trade up to with picks 15 and 19?

Would two picks within the top 20 trump getting one in the top five? Team has a lot of needs, sure would be nice to get two instead of one, eventhough the one would be very very good.

Just heard Manziel has put Jacksonville on notice that he does not wish to be drafted by them. Ouch.

He wants to be "it" when it comes to sports stars. Jax ain't really a mecca of media; it makes Pgh look like NY city. I am not surprised he sent that signal, but he better be careful. He starts sending mandates like that, and he may quickly find himself out of the top 15 or 20.

Nope, I made no comments towards the assertions made, just that they aren't worth addressing which I did not. Get it?
