Right. Honestly though, I didn't think Dennard would be there at 15 for quite some time. But now it is sounding like he may be. And as much as I like Gilbert, Dennard is the better fit.

Those are my top two guys as well. I was asking about Urban the other day on here and I see you've got him going in the 5th. I was thinking that he would make a good target for our 3rd round selection, but didn't know if that was too high. Either way, I like what I see with him and your mock is indeed epic and beast.

Not bad...reminds me of someone else's draft, at least at the top end.

Jordan Tripp was practically in my backyard...think he will be a good one.

This may be the first year I have seen so much agreement on the top 2 picks. This probably means we will completely whiff and miss

Everything I have read says that Dennard is more a man on man cover guy who struggles in zone. Kyle Fulller seems to be the more natural fit for how the Steelers play their DBs.

It wouldn't shock me if the Steelers are not high on any of the top dbs and roll with Mosley if he is there. But, if they are high on a DB, I think it's Dennard. If they roll with a WR in the first, and I don't think they will I hope it's Brandin Cooks.

So? Steelers play a ton of man coverage. What do you think they have been running with Ike Taylor on the opponents number one every week? What makes Dennard the best fit is the fact that he can play man coverage. He gives them options elsewhere, around what he does. What they can do behind his man coverage. Sort of like when they had this corner named Rod Woodson. Remember him? Also Dennard is a very physical corner. He is far more so than Gilbert or Fuller. Adding a blanket corner like Dennard, will no doubt add more pressure coming after the QB. Win-win situation.

Cooks really exploded this year with 128 catches for 1730 yards and 16 TD's.

Back in 2012, when Cooks was teammates with Markus Wheaton, they showed that they can work together pretty well.

                      Cooks: 67 catches for 1151 yards and 5 TD's
                      Wheaton: 91 catches for 1244 yards and 11 TD's
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Yea, put me down for liking the direction you went in your draft. One question though. What do you think of the rb from West Virginia? I'm hearing that the Patriots are really interested in the guy as he's a great change of pace back who catches tons of balls out of the backfield. What about replacing one of your mid round picks- considering we probably need another rb on the roster. I don't even know his name off hand, but since I'm drafting in ruthless's mock, I may have to look this guy up...

Hello. I am new here. A long time Steeler fan. Nice to be here. I understand we all have our opinions, and in the end, we won't make the selection, so what difference does it make ? But I have to say, as it goes to several larger WR's.....I totally agree on Matthews of Vanderbilt. Why people aren't placing him in round 1 is beyond me.

Unlike Evans and Watkins, they had very good QB's throwing to them. But Matthews ?...His QB sucked. And still he was productive in a very tough SEC. Another thing when it come to Evans and Benjamin of FSU....Both of those guys 3-come drill numbers were kinda average to bad. Look at Matthews..his were very good for most of the WR's, even the smaller ones. This shows me that Matthews has a great ability to get in and out of his breaks faster. And his strength...even at a much lesser weight then Evans and Benjamin is way better then both of those guys. That shows me the ability to get off the DB's Jam at the line.

So, mark me down as loving Jordan Matthews. Would be a great find in round 2.

Charles Sims? Seem quite a few mocks/projections with him in that 3rd round range.

I just started studying Cooks and have fell in love with his game. He runs super sharp routes...is as quick as he is fast...has great hands and hits top speed in an instant. I don't how this guy won't be a star. Another thing, the guy has some Barry Sanders like moves...really amazing body control.
