Would have loved him the first time he was available....always been a fan of his game, not the most physical CB but he can run with most WRs.

Jets must be gearing up to go after Revis round 2 because dee milliner was nothing short of putrid last year

Milliner was anothe young disappointment last year who people thought would do something.

I guess not the worst thing since they almost took Geno with that pick and they got him in the 2nd. Meanwhile they got Sheldon Richardson who ended up being 1st overall impact good

I'm fine with Da'Mon Cromartie-Smith as the only Cromartie on our roster at this time (I wonder if Da'Mon is really Antonio's cousin, or if he is actually one of Antonio's dozen or so children he has fathered).
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

              Ruthless,

I was looking at your mock. I really like Deone Bucannon too. But, most project him as a SS. Imo, in drafting him, we'd have 3 SS and no FS. Are you thinking that Thomas can play FS or do you like Bucannon at FS and why?
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.

I just saw Cromartie at a charity event a few weeks ago. He is really big in person, particularly for a corner.

He has the ideal size for the position, but according to PFF, his play slipped a lot last year. Especially now that Ike is in the fold, I'd prefer to see the Steelers add youth to the position.

Revis is expected to be released today I think and Dominique Rogers Cromartie is not expected to return in Denver (from the radio talk here), a lot of corners seem to be moving this FA.

Better off spending that money on the front 7 to get to the QB. The rules favor the WR so much it doesn't make sense to pay a DB $16 mill.

QFT, this is why a CB with Ike's skills (in his prime) is good enough for the NFL now, you have to rely on the pass rushers more than covering all over the field. This is also why Ben is effective, he can elude the rush and continue to look down field and DBs can't cover that long.
