    if the 3 OTs are gone. the giants might want to trade down.

    we have history with them and we could snap up evans if it fell like that

      So you don't think they would pull the trigger on one of the safeties, Pryor or Clinton Dix?

            My mock looks good then...Hageman I don't think the Steelers have traded down in recent history (15 years) have they?

                the last time I remember the Steelers trading down was in 2001 when we ended up selecting Casey Hampton...

                          If Evans isn't there, ya gotta think that Ebron may get the nod here.

                          He's an inch shorter than Evans and 1/10 of a second slower, but he would probably get the job done just as well with Ben throwing him the ball.

                          If the Steelers are still looking for a rangy WR, they can look in rounds 4-7(if they don't get Evans).

                          I would probably look for a DB and a DL with picks 2 and 3(not necessarily respectively) if we pick up a pass-catcher for Ben in Rnd. 1.

                            Of course, a trade down, but staying in the top 20, is still a nice option as well.

                              I could see Clinton Dix going top 25. Denver needs a safety and if they don't land Byrd, then Pryor may go in that slot (31). they're currently 30 mil under the cap and may have the cash to get Byrd.
