I would be very surprised if Leslie Frazier is the new DC for two reasons. One, he has never run a 3-4 and two the Steelers brass has told Kevin Butler he is next in line. The Rooney's dont go back on their word.Steelers 2015 Draft???....Go Freak! As in....

The ONLY reason the Steelers would stiff Kevin Butler, at this point, is if they were planning to convert the D to a 4-3 (something which, considering the present personnel on the roster, might make sense). If that was the case, it really wouldn't alter draft strategy but it would increase the urgency of bolstering DL depth.
My sense is that it is Butler's job to lose if LeBeau retires.Steelers...On The STAIRWAY TO SEVEN!!!

Whisenhunt and Grimm both thought they were next in line once upon a time, though...Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

Frazier could make a lot of sense...
Both Frazier and Tomlin were Dungy assistants...
Frazier has a zone blitz background as an assistant under DC Jim Johnson at Philadelphia...
